It features a balance rotor and removable top cap, which allow insertion of the optional digital speed meter. Generates from 32lbs to 35 lbs of torque when speeds of 9,000 - 13,000 RPM's are reached. The ultimate in engineering design, featuring the same user-friendly features as the Dyna-Flex Pro Plus but incorporating an on board generator. By activating the gyro, a dynamism (motion) is created, which will activate LED lights, located in the interior of the gyro. The faster the unit runs, the brighter the lights will be until the whole hand is engulfed in a bright glow. Just when you think you've seen it all, along comes the ultimate hand, wrist and arm Exerciser, the Dyna-Flex Powerball. | | | Features: | |
• As seen on cover of Time magazine
• Generates from up to 40 lbs of torque
• On board generator activates LED lights
• Optional Digital Speed Meter (not included) measures progress and add to the fun!

The BestAug 10, 2009 Had one of these 3 years ago and lost it, but it's worth the money to replace it. I feel the Powerball is better than the model below it because it seems to work more of your arm, not just your hand. It works perfectly and arrived on time.
Good Product just sent wrong oneFeb 10, 2009 It is a very good product I use it about every day but they sent me the Dynaflex Pro Plus Gyro instead of the powerball blue light one. The Pro is fine just not as strong as the Powerball. The only reason I knocked it one star was I cant judge the powerabll never getting to try it.

So many models that it can be confusingNov 12, 2008 In the US, Dynaflex is the only co. that markets gyroballs. Your local sports shops sell mostly their lowest line: Dynaflex Pro or Plus w/ no light. The model Powerball is their highest line, but not the highest made in the world. If you want something heavier w/ greater force, look for NSD Powerball. If you want a complete comparison between models (& between Dynaflex & NSD), go to BOSSBi dot com. I bought this Dynaflex Powerball blue light, it's very fun, beneficial just as it claims & durable. But it's plain impossible to start w/o a cord. So pick up a start station too. The meter will also be fun if you want to see how fast it spins.
Totally coolOct 24, 2008 This is one gadget that makes you workout harder than you actually realize & feel cos' it's so much fun. I can only start mine w/ the string method. Did you know that "Powerball" is the highest & best model out of all Dynaflex gyro ball products? It spins the fastest (up to 18,000 rpm in their literature) & generates the heaviest force (up to 40-lb). All of their other models generate less & cost less. So get the best, remember the model name Powerball. The LED is a plus too which gives a cool light show, but a lil' too bright as I like to use this while watching TV in a dark room. I'll get the Speed Meter & Dock as well too.
