Great ProductMar 11, 2010
fun to use, really easy to start. I can definetly fell my muscles working (wrist, bicept and even the tricept after doing it for a long time) Reduced pain.
I was hoping to user it at work but is too noicy.

This is a great item, which I have seen and used in a physical therapy program. I can't get it to start up and come to speed, either with the supplied string or with the battery powered starter. That's a big disappointment.
 More bang for the buckMar 01, 2010
This item makes the Powerball an even more fun item. It's great having little contests with friends and seeing who can top each others score. Maybe one day I will hold the record and beat Akis! Who knows!! Its also a cool item because it can time your workout in 30, 60, and 90 seconds. For anybody who uses this everyday, its a great item to add to see how you are progressing.

Its a great product. It keeps track of my progress so I know that I am actually improving. You can do without if you don't care about knowing the exact rpm and improvement. I personally like to know how much I improve.

Higher price = higher quality = better workoutJan 05, 2010
I have experience with a basic Dyna flex Powerball (bought at a local sporting goods store for around $15) and must say that I was disappointed with it. I struggled to get the ball started and it never really felt like a tremendous work out. I took a chance on the more expensive model from Amazon.com and must say that it is great! Paying a little extra for the higher quality results in a sturdier feel, a better workout, and most importantly: a much easier start. On average, it would take four or five attempts before I could start my cheaper Powerball. With the Dyna Flex Pro, it starts almost every time on the first pull. It's a great workout to improve your grip strength, forearm strength as well as some of your upper arm musculature.
