Like Birds? Get Find It Bird Watch GameSep 24, 2009
By Sandra Austin
""Smart" Great Granny"
Of the six Find It games I have purchased (and tested), this is probably the one game for the more mature player (for identifying the birds only). This On A Bird Watch game is different in that instead of having a bird shaped object, there is a disk with a colored picture of a bird. There are 43 objects/items to find such as a camera, feather, nest, walking stick, hat, binoculars, etc. that are colored and blend in with the pellets (brown, tan, red, green) which makes it more difficult to find and identify, and lets not forget that elusive penny. The disks with the picture of the bird can be identified by using the 24 page Bird Guide included with the game. This is a very nice guide on birds, showing in color and naming birds (with common and formal name), giving the range the bird can be found, migration information, height, weight and wingspan of each. As with all Find It games, an object check off pad is included which is also shown on the end of game. Very entertaining, easy to carry and use, and this one makes a great gift to your favorite bird watcher.

Fun at first but frustrating in the endJan 27, 2011
By H Brown I am a bird watcher and received this as a gift. At first it was challenging and fun. I kept it on my desk at work and others would give it a try too. We had great fun as cheers went up when someone found another object. Problem is, 5 disks have never emerged from the depths and so people gave up and we swear they are missing from the game. It's frustrating that we have never been able to 'finish' the game after months of trying. There is a fine line between challenging and just plain impossible. Impossible is not fun.
Find It Gams Bird Watch from AmazonDec 27, 2011
By Brenda Great fun though somewhat frustrating to find the items. It will keep a child or adult interesed for long periods of time. Having to look up the bird types in the bird book makes it more educational than some other of the Fid It Games.
Prepare to become addicted!Mar 11, 2011
By juliepoko Fun toy- my daughters (6 and 9) received 2 different ones for Christmas. Both are very fun. This bird version is difficult as there are many species of birds, but lots of fun. So much fun, in fact, that we purchased this one for their aunt!

By S. ANDERSON These games are great - even for little ones that can't read yet. They enjoy moving the toys around and identifying them.
