A bit tedious and not much fun. Save your $$, get a better game.

5Complex but worth itDec 20, 2009
We gave this game to my son when he was about 10. He managed to figure out how to play it and he tends to win. Be warned that the game takes hours to play, but if you don't care about determining a winner, you can stop anytime. I wanted the kids to learn something about Indian geography, and this is definitely good for that.

5The most fun you can have with geography.Dec 17, 2002
The rail building series by Mayfair games has to be my favorite set of games. The first game will take a few hours and is a little confusing but, once you get the rules down, the fun really begins! Besides being very fun and entertaining, this game promotes geography education. I can now point out Bhopal on a map! We initially bought Empire Builder (the American map) but now own India Rails, British rails and Eurorails. Do not attampt to play this game with young children or the impatient. But, give it a chance and you will be hooked!

5A fun game for adultsNov 23, 2002
An interesting strategy game-- we've played with as few as 2 players, and as many as 5, and although play is a little slow, it's fun! If you're looking for an alternative to Monopoly, this game's for you!

5A game That Keeps U on THe edgeDec 01, 2001
THe main reason i bought this game at first was so that I could play the nuclear wars crossover by flying buffallo inc. but, after playing this game, i would definately recomend this to anyone who enjoys money games such as monopoly or cashflow. In my opinion, this is an excellent game for ages 10-11 +. Ps-I would have given fun 4 and a half, It only loses half as it takes a long time (4-5 hours) to comlete a game. And, I gave it 5 for education as it teaches you India's basic geography (THe names of cities, location of mountains and rivers etc...)
