The kids love it!!May 25, 2010 I have a two year old and she loves this!! Also, all the neighbor's kids come and play with her and it's super sturdy! Putting it together was a little difficult but didn't take more than a couple of hours (I needed a couple of guys to help me out!) If you've got a heavier child the slide might be a little tight but overall wonderful and I'm sure it will last for a long time!!

Well-Made, Safe, and Fun for a Toddler!Oct 16, 2009 I did quite a bit of shopping for the perfect swing set for my toddler who is obsessed with swings and slides. I was discouraged by how expensive some of the other slide/swing sets can get, which were well over $1,000. I wanted something well-made without spending a ridiculous fortune.
After debating on making this purchase for a few weeks, I decided to go for it based on the other reviews. I'm glad I bought it. It's absolutely perfect for a toddler. My daughter is 15 months, younger than the recommended 24 month minimum age limit. We needed the special toddler swing for this set, which we purchased separately, and it works fabulously. Instead of using both sides for two swings, we put the toddler seat square in the middle and only use the swing portion for one swing instead of two.
My husband mentioned that this product is well-made after he finished putting it together. He said to pay special attention to the assembly instructions because they are somewhat difficult to understand; you have to put this together when you're not in a rush. Take your time and do it right! It takes about 3 hours to put it together.
I like the fact that it's a very durable plastic and is extremely easy to clean or hose down. I don't have to worry about splinters from a wood set or rust from a metal set (like the ones I grew up with). The house under the slide is a tad small. My daughter, as I mentioned, is 15 months and I can see how she will probably outgrow it by the time she turns 2. As it is right now she looks cramped when walking into the house and standing there. The slide is somewhat narrow so I'm imagining that by the time she's 3 this set will have to be retired, as she will be to large/wide for the side.
All around this is a great value and recommended if you have a young toddler. If you are looking to buy this for a 3-year-old then I think you may want to consider a different set because you'll be disappointed with this one.

Almost perfect...Jul 30, 2009 This set it very sturdy and durable, leaving me with only 2 complaints:
1. The assembly instructions are quite vague, but we found an assembly video on the Step 2 website, which helped.
2. The swing extension bar is not as tall as expected; even on the highest setting, our peanut of an 18 month is almost able to touch the ground, while our peanut of a 4 year old has to swing with his legs up in the air to avoid dragging is feet on the ground. This presents a problem for us because the swing set is up on a cement slab, but once we move and will have a yard we will be able to dig out some leg room underneath the swings.
Honestly, we would probably have been happier with a seperate playhouse and swing set, but we just don't have the room for one, so this is a more compact option.
Playhouse climber and swingApr 02, 2009 I could not have made a better investment! My Grandaughter cries to get out in the yard to this toy. She loves the swing and to climb. This was simple to assemble aprox. 2 hours by myself. Anyone can do it. Seems to be sturdy and is simple to maintain.
john mcfarlaneJul 15, 2008 Great swing. But limited to very small children. There was a missing part, a swing hook, and I'm having trouble contacting someone for the missing part. I ordered through Amazon and not a retailer but can't get help. Help me!Naturally Playful Playhouse Climber & Swing Extension
