You may return new, unopened items sold by Charis Games within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item, simply log into your account and click the “return and item” link or visit Amazon.com's Returns Center. This will guide you through the return process.

Please note: returns and refunds are processed as quickly as possible. During our peak shipping season (October to January), returns can take longer. Returns are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days once we have received your package. This does not include shipping time to the return center or the time it will take for your bank to process the refund request. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the return.
